A test can give you insight, but true discovery happens in community. Gifts are affirmed and refined through serving, prayer, and feedback from others—not just by taking a quiz.

  • The best way to grow in your gifts is to use them. Try serving in different areas and see where you thrive.
  • Ask trusted friends, pastors, or mentors what they see in you. Sometimes others recognize our gifts before we do!
  • Gifts are given for the good of the Church—not just for personal fulfillment. They’re meant to be used, not just identified.

How to Use Your Gifts at Sanctus

Once you’ve identified your gifts, what’s next? Here are some ways to start using them:

  • Serve Opportunities – Get involved in a ministry that aligns with your gifts, whether that’s teaching, hospitality, worship, creative, administration, events, or other types of behind-the-scenes support.
  • Spiritual Gifts Workshop – Explore what the Bible says about gifts and how to develop yours.
  • Talk to a Pastor or Mentor – Processing your results with someone who knows you can bring clarity.
